No hugely significant changes, except for the bootstrap-based theme which is still a work-in-progress, and the switch to SSL-everywhere.

Thanks. There are still some pages/areas that need to be updated/reformatted, but I didn't want to put off the weight.

In particular, the former two affect site functionality. Would it be possible to host the bootstrap and ajax.googleapis.com locally on the site, to make the site work normally for those of us who normally avoid third-party subresources?
