Webhosting software

So, we are doing some major upgrade on our webserver this week and I was wondering ,what are my options for installing some webhosting software? My old method was adding users through the system and making "room" for them, then I had to make a custom webalizer script and adding them in a cron schedule. Now this worked out just fine of course but it was a bit cumbersome. Are there any alternative method of this? And yeah, google shows me *only* how to rent webhosting service. Oh well. The server will be running Debian Etch on a Core 2 Duo cpu.

ISPConfig

http://www.ispconfig.org/

It probably does more than you need though.

It seemed a bit overkill, but I guess I can shut down stuff I really dont need?

If you've read the matching articles upon this site then these these simple scripts might be useful to you.

That site had some other cool stuff as well, thanks Steve. But that apache2-scripts seemed a bit advanced for me, and my other partners that would be adding users. The best solution would be a registrer-your-homepage-yourself-program. A front page with easy registration, and would let the users make a vhost them self. Or whatever service they want to buy.
